There is nothing wrong with product but when purchasing it the website said shipping $15 for 3-4 day shipping. Purchased on evening of Feb 8 and received Feb 22. FedEx said shipper only paid for standard 7-10 business day shipping so I feel I was overcharged and honestly I could have taken a cab to store for same price as buying your product with that shipping charge and actually did because I needed it long before it arrived. It would not been problem if you said it would take 14 days to receive and charged a more fair shipping rate for that.

Faulty vape

The vape arrived with all of the liquid leaked out in the package. Poor customer service.
